About the Founder

George Stoff
Creative Architect

George Stoff is a multi-venture entrepreneur, creative technologist, and brand architect with more than 30 years of experience across design, development, photography, media, and the music industry.

He began his career in the early 1990s as DJ Mimic, a well-known New York open-format DJ and live remixer. With three decades of nightlife experience, Mimic became known for blending hip-hop, reggae, house, Toolroom-style tech, and high-energy club sets long before digital DJing became mainstream.

Today, George runs Rocket Creative, overseeing an ecosystem of brands across UX/UI, photography, SaaS, and biotech communication. His background allows him to merge technology, creativity, storytelling, and operational strategy into businesses that are visually exceptional, technically strong, and strategically profitable.
